Sampson Construction , acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for Millard Public Schools, invites you to submit a bid for the Ackerman Elementary School Addition & Renovation project located in Omaha, NE. The project includes construction of a new addition totaling 413 sf and 55,429 sf of renovation of the existing school.

Scope of work includes demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, casework, roofing, doors/hardware, metal panels, glass/glazing, interior finishes, specialties, signage, shades, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, earthwork, site paving, temp fencing, landscaping, site utilities, testing/inspections, and surveying.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDST, at the Main lobby at Ackerman Elementary School located at 5110 South 156 th Street, Omaha, NE 68135. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not man-datory, but strongly suggested for contractors to attend.

Proposals are due prior to 2:00 PM CDST on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

The Owner and Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

By submitting a bid for this project, bidder agrees he has read the Sampson Construction Standard Subcontract Agreement and if bid is accepted, is willing to execute this Subcontract Agreement without material modification. Subcontractor to guarantee material pricing at the time of bid submission. All pricing must be firm and must account for uncertainty created by market conditions. Any qualifications on bid concerning pricing will be rejected and may render bid nonresponsive.
