NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-104.14, Lucrece H. Bundy, attorney-at-law, P.O. Box 45873, Omaha, NE 68145, 402-235-1112, does hereby provide the following notice of possible adoptive placement of a minor child:

Kalifa B. Male: You have been identified as the biological father of a child who was born on August 23, 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska. The child was conceived with S.D. on or about December 2025 in Omaha, Nebraska, and the biological mother intends to place the child for adoption. If you are the biological father, you may (i) deny paternity; (ii) waive any parental rights you may have; (iii) relinquish and consent to the adoption; (iv) file a Notice of Objection to Adoption and Intent to Obtain Custody any time during the pregnancy or as late as ten business days after birth pursuant to section 43-104.02 if you are a putative father, or (v) object to the adoption in court within forty-five days after the later of receipt of notice under this section or the birth of the child if you are an acknowledged or adjudicated father.  

If you wish to deny paternity, waive your parental rights, relinquish and consent, or receive additional information to determine whether you may be the father of the child in question, you must contact Lucrece H. Bundy at the above address and/or phone number. If you wish to object to the adoption and seek custody of the child, you must seek legal counsel from your own attorney immediately.
