AMENDED WATER RULES 

AND REGULATIONS

The M.U.D. Board of Directors approved changes to the Water Rules and Regulations on July 1, 2026, which are effective immediately.

Updates include changes to the preface Water Rules to better align with statutory authority, adjustments to the location of taps, materials for service piping, customer cooperation requirements, master service lines and pri-vate fire protection systems.

All updated documents are available to view or download at mudomaha.com/rules . Requests for the documents also can be made by emailing customer_service@mudnebr.com or calling 402-554-6666.
