Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE

SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION

 

Notice is hereby given that Ryan Bundy has made application to Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requesting administrative approval of a Special Use Permit (Renewal) for Sludge Disposal and Storage in the AG (Agricultural Farming District).  The land application of biosolids is proposed on five parcels of land generally located northeast and northwest of 252nd Street and Platteview Road and northeast and northwest of 252nd Street and Pflug Road, legally described as: Site 1 – S ½ of Sec 17, T13N, R10E (290 ac); Site 2 – W ½ SW ¼ of Sec 16, T13N, R10E (62 ac); Site 3 – W ½ SW ¼ of Sec 21, T13N, R10E (71 ac); and Site 4 – SE ¼ of Sec 20, T13N, R10E (154 ac); and Site 5 – Tax Lot 1 in SE1/4 of Sec 16-T13N-R10E (141 ac), all of the 6th P.M. in Sarpy County NE.

The Sarpy County Planning Director, Robert Laroco, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE  68046, receiving no written objection within (30) thirty days of this published notice, shall thereby declare said Administrative Special Use Permit approved. Notice dated the 31st day of December 2025.

SARPY COUNTY

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

 

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

 

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map from Mixed Use to Medium to High Density Residential on a parcel legally described as the NE ¼ of Section 22, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that portion conveyed to the United States of America in Deed Book 149 at page 1607, and except that portion conveyed to Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District in Inst. No. 90-14067; and except that portion conveyed to Boyer Young Equities V, L.L.C., in Inst. No. 2004-27640, and except that portion taken or used for roads.  Generally located Southwest of 156th Street and Giles Road.  Applicant: Hubble Development Services.

 

Rezoning from AG to RG-35-PD and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 4, The Riva at Chalco, being a platting of The NE ¼ of Section 22, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that portion conveyed to the United States of America in Deed Book 149 at page 1607, and except that portion conveyed to Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District in Inst.
