Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on April 23, 2019 and passed and approved the ordinances entitled:
ORDINANCE NO. 41792
AN ORDINANCE to amend the boundaries of the ACl-3-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 716 North 102nd Street; and to provide an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-609 through 55-617 and 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, the official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended so that: Lots 1-2, H&H Westroads, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned to be included in and incorporated into the ACl-3-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District; provided, that the base zoning district for such property shall not be changed by this ordinance. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 41791
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 7529 Dodge Street from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District (property is located within an ACI-2 Overlay District). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lot 4, Lowes of Omaha, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District (property is located within an ACI-2 Overlay District). Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 41794
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located north of HWS Cleveland Boulevard between 171st Street and Kilpatrick Parkway from DR-Development Reserve District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Outlot N, Anchor Pointe, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from DR-Development Reserve District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density). Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its passage.

SPECIAL ORDINANCE NO. 10247
SPECIAL ORDINANCE LEVYING A SPECIAL TAX AND ASSESSMENT ON CERTAIN LOTS, PARTS OF LOTS AND PIECES OF REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF OMAHA, TO COVER THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS FROM SIDEWALKS IN DISTRICT NO. SWR 2018-01. WHEREAS: It having been and being hereby adjudged, determined and established that the several lots and pieces of real estate hereinafter referred to have each been specially benefited to the full amount herein levied and assessed against each of said lots and pieces of real estate, respectively, by reason of construction of such sidewalks along and adjoining the said lots and pieces of real estate. THEREFORE, for the purpose of paying the cost of said improvements, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: SECTION 1. That the cost of construction of such sidewalks along and adjoining the several lots and pieces of real estate in the City of Omaha, herein described be and hereby is levied and assessed according to special benefits by reason of the construction of such sidewalks upon the following lots and pieces of real estate, as shown by the maps and plats on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City, said costs being so levied on said lots and pieces of real estate, respectively, as follows, to-wit: SECTION 2. That said special taxes aforesaid on said lots, respectively, shall become delinquent per the "Monetary Table for Assessing" as follows:

Each of said installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 5.00 percent per annum from the time of the levy aforesaid until the same shall become delinquent. Where the individual assessment is Four Hundred Ninety Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($499.99) or less the total amount shall become delinquent fifty days (50) from and after the passage and approval of this Ordinance. Interest at the rate of fourteen percent per annum, as provided by State law, payable in advance shall be paid on each delinquent installment or on each delinquent assessment of Four Hundred Ninety Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($499.99) or less. SECTION 3. That the entire amount of tax so levied and assessed on any of said lots, or the entire equal pro-rate proportion of said tax on any of said lots may be paid by any person on any part of said lots within fifty days from said levy and, thereupon, said lots or parts of lots shall be exempt from any lien or charge thereto. SECTION 4. That this Special Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its passage and be in force thereafter.
