A SPECIAL ORDINANCE levying a special tax and assessment on all lots and pieces of real estate within Road Maintenance District (RMD) 745-29, in the City of Omaha, to cover the cost of constructing and improving Garden Road, from South 1051 h Street south to its terminus north of West Center Road, by asphalt overlay, and to provide an effective date hereof. WHEREAS, it having been and being hereby adjudged, determined and established that the several lots and pieces of real estate hereinafter referred to have each been specially benefited to the full amount herein levied and assessed against each of said lots and pieces of real estate, respectively, by reason of the improvement of the street within RMD 745-29 by the City of Omaha. THEREFORE, for the purpose of paying the cost of said improvements BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. Each of said installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 5.00 percent per annum from the time of the levy aforesaid until the same shall become delinquent. Where the individual assessment is Four Hundred Ninety Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($499.99) or less the total amount shall become delinquent fifty days (50) from and after the passage and approval of this Ordinance. Interest at the rate of fourteen percent per annum, as provided by State law, payable in advance shall be paid on each delinquent installment or on each delinquent assessment of Four Hundred Ninety Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($499 .99) or less. Section 3. That the entire amount of tax so levied and assessed on any of said lots, or the entire equal pro-rate proportion of said tax on any of said lots, may be paid by any person on any part of said lots within fifty days from said levy and, thereupon, said lots or parts of lots shall be exempt from any lien or charge thereto. Section 4. That this Ordinance, being administrative in nature, shall take effect and be in full force upon the date of its passage.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on May 14, 2019 and passed and approved the ordinances entitled:
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located southwest of 180th and Ida Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High Density). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section l. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lots 1 thru 4 and Outlot A, Ida Pointe North, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High Density). ORDINANCE NO. 41819
AN ORDINANCE to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District located at 209 South 49th Avenue, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide for an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-595 through 55-600 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska: Lots 1-9 and Outlot A, Holland Hilltop Addition, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska. That, as recommended by the Mayor, the agreement between the City of Om:1ha and HTI Labs in the amount of sixty-two thousand, eight hundred and eighty-eight dollars ($62,888}, budgeted from the FY 2018 National Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Grant, Award #2018-AK-BX-0030, awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance; to provide funding for applied data analysis to inform working group decision-making as part of the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Project, and training, is hereby approved. Section 2. That, the terms of the agreement shall extend through the award period of October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2021 commencing upon approval of this ordinance. In conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, total expenditures as outlined in the attached budget, from such grant funds and involving appropriations of more than one year, are hereby authorized and the Finance Director is authorized to make payment in accordance therewith. Section 3. There is no match with this grant. Section 4. That this Ordinance being administrative, and not legislative, in character shall be in full force and take effect immediately upon passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 41828
AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 40992, which created Street Improvement District No. 6878, for the purpose of improving North 89111 Circle, from Burt Street north to end of the cul-de-sac, to amend such District to become Road Maintenance District No. 2019-04; to change the type of improvement from a permanent street improvement including grading, curbing and paving in Portland cement concrete to an asphalt overlay; to authorize the Public Works Department to complete the associated improvement project, as amended; and to provide for an effective date hereof. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 40992 is amended to provide that Street Improvement District 6878, which involved a permanent street improvement including grading, curbing and paving in Portland cement concrete, is now amended to become Road Maintenance District No. 2019-04. This District and improvement, as amended, which amendment was petitioned for by a majority of the property owners of front footage in the District, includes grading, reestablishment of the sub-surface base and application of an asphalt overlay. Section 2. That Road Maintenance District No. 2019-04, shall comprise North 89'" Circle, from Burt Street north to end of the cul-de-sac, and shall include all of the properties previously defined in Street Improvement District 6878, as was created by Ordinance 40992, as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, Lot 5, except the irregular northwesterly 80.92 feet thereof; the irregular easterly 84.42 feet of Lot 6 together with irregular northwesterly 80.92 feet of Lot 5; the irregular westerly 112.28 feet of Lot 6, together with the irregular north 18.5 feet of Lot 7; Lot 7 except the southerly 10 feet and the irregular northerly 18.5 feet thereof; Lot 8 together with the southerly 10 feet of Lot 7, Stoneham Estates, located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter Section 15-15-12. The outer boundary of said District shall be the outer boundary of the lots hereinabove set forth. Section 3. That the Public Works Department is authorized to create the design for the improvements, prepare an engineer's estimate, solicit bids and carry out other associated required actions, to complete the project for this improvement District in accordance with the Omaha Municipal Code. Section 4. That this Ordinance, being administrative in nature, shall take effect and be in full force upon the date of its passage.
