ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed proposals addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for ROOF RESKIN, SARATOGA ELEMENTARY, SUMMER 2020, Bid Number 20-044, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by the OPS Service Center are to be received in the Omaha Public Schools Service Center, 4041 N 72nd Street 68134-4470 until 2:00 PM, CT, April 28, 2020. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by the OPS Service Center shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday April 21, 2020 at Saratoga Elementary 2504 Meredith Avenue. Those not attending the Conference will not be allowed to bid.
