NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE

     The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting.

     Access to the meeting for members of the public and the media will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex (case sensitive).      PI-230: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to investigate insurance requirements for motor carriers providing intrastate trasnportation services within the state of Nebraska. Hearing will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. This hearing will be held electronically in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 20-03. As the meeting will be held electronically, and no quorum of the public body will be physically present together, there will be not public in-person attendance.
