Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Service  

The Omaha Housing Authority is seeking qualified Plumbing Contractors.  The purpose of this IFB is to form a pool of qualified plumbing contractors that OHA may draw from to contract for Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Services. This work will be on an as needed basis for preventative maintenance, routine service calls and emergency service calls for all OHA properties.

 IFB packets will be available on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102 or online.
