SCHEDULE “A” AND “E” RATES AND CHARGES: A hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. CDT. (12:30 a.m. MDT) in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. This hearing will also be held electronically in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 20-03. Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex (case sensitive). Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code. The testimony received at the hearing will be used to draft a schedule for 2021-2022 storage year. Written comment may be sent to the Commission’s Warehouse Department, and must be received by April 28, 2021, to receive consideration.

You will take notice that a Complaint has been filed in the County Court of Douglas County, Nebraska praying for judgment against you in the sum of $8,387.45 plus interest and costs, for damage to its property arising out of an accident on or about September 4, 2020 in Douglas County, Nebraska.
You will further take notice that if you fail to answer or otherwise plead to said Complaint on or before May 8, 2021 the Plaintiff will request the court to enter judgment against you.
