Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:

McCune Family LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Platteview Industrial, Lots 1 through 4, inclusive and Outlots A and B, and a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Platteview Industrial, Lot 1 and Outlots A through D, inclusive, being a platting of part of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that part taken for right-of-way.  Generally located northwest of 192nd Street and Platteview Road.

Tubing & Adventures c/o Brock Beran, has submitted an application for consideration of an Amendment to an existing Special Use Permit to allow a commercial recreational and camping area known as Tubing & Adventures in AG, on property commonly addressed 25205 Harrison Street, and legally described as Tax Lots 2A and 2B of Section 17, Township 14N, Range 10E and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 14N, Range 10E, of 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southeast 252nd and Harrison Streets.

Leisure Village LLC, c/o Frank Krejci, Manager, has submitted an application for consideration of a Rezoning from IL and AG to AG, and a Special Use Permit to allow a commercial recreational and camping area to be known as Leisure Village Recreational Vehicle Park, in AG, on a property commonly addressed 3701 La Platte Road and legally described as Lot 1, Leisure Village, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located south of La Platte Road and 36th Street.
