As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council.

The City of Omaha is seeking proposals to provide engineering study and design services for the Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility Master Plan Electrical Asset Replacements. This planning effort involves first verifying existing electrical conditions, determining those electrical assets needing to be replaced, and developing a prioritization plan to replace those assets.

Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time. Bidding documents may be found on the new Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net.
Electronic bid submission: The City of Omaha requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City/County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
