Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

John B. & Marilyn E. Milks Living Trust, has submitted applications for a Rezoning from AG to RE2, and Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1 and Outlot A, Milks Place, being a platting of Part of Tax Lot 1 and Tax Lot B lying south of Mitchell Road in the SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 20, T13N, R12E, of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southeast of 120th Street and Mitchell Road. 

Meridian 168, LLC has submitted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment application to change the Future Land Use Map (Map 12) from Low to Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Mixed Use (MU) on Lots 1 thru 11, Meridian Marketplace, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southeast of 168th Street and Giles Road. 

Meridian 168, LLC has submitted applications for a Rezoning from BG to MU for Lot 7, Meridian Marketplace and Lots 1 thru 7 and Outlot A, Meridian Marketplace Replat 1, and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 thru 7 and Outlot A, Meridian Marketplace Replat 1, being a replating of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11, Meridian Marketplace, as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of 168th Street and Giles Road.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

Burlington Trails Estates LLC has submitted an application for a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 - 41 and Outlots A - F, Burlington Trails Estates, being a platting of the NE1/4 NE1/4, Pt of the SE1/4 NE1/4 and Pt of SW1/4 NE1/4 lying NE of the vacated CB & Q Railroad ROW, together with the N1/2 SE1/4 lying NE of said vacated CB & Q Railroad ROW, all in Section 15, Township 14N, Range 10E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE. Generally located Southeast of 228th Street and Ruff Road.
