Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:
John B. & Marilyn E. Milks Living Trust, has submitted applications for a Rezoning from AG to RE2, and Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1 and Outlot A, Milks Place, being a platting of Part of Tax Lot 1 and Tax Lot B lying south of Mitchell Road in the SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 20, T13N, R12E, of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southeast of 120th Street and Mitchell Road.
Meridian 168, LLC has submitted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment application to change the Future Land Use Map (Map 12) from Low to Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Mixed Use (MU) on Lots 1 thru 11, Meridian Marketplace, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southeast of 168th Street and Giles Road.

A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):
