INVITATION TO PROPOSE

WASTE/RECYCLE COMPACTORS

OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive proposals for the project titled Waste/ Recycle Compactors.

The scope of project contains the purchase and installation of one (1) new self-contained waste compactor for general waste at the south concourse and two (2) new self-contained waste compactor for recycling (one at the north concourse and one at the south concourse). This project will also include removal and disposal of one (1) general waste compactor.

Proposals will be accepted electronically until 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 9, 2026. Proposals should be sent to Procurement@flyoma.com, subject line “OAA WASTE/RECYCLE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.”

A pre-proposal site inspection of the location for the equipment is available and may be arranged by calling Jesse Minturn (402) 321-5711 or his representative, prior to the proposal submittal date.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
