Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

 

Amended Special Use Permit in AG for the recycling of concrete and asphalt materials at 16884 S 111th Street, legally described as S1/2 SW1/4 NE1/4 & Tax Lot 5 EXC ROW Section 29-T13N-R12E, of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southwest of 111th St. and Mitchell Road.  Applicant: Silex Group, LLC
