NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WITH RESPECT TO PROPOSED

TAX-EXEMPT LOAN

On Monday, September 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. CT the Omaha Housing Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska, regarding the making, in one or more series, of a tax-exempt loan or the issuance of tax-exempt bonds pursuant to a plan of finance (the “Bonds”) under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code, by the Authority the proceeds of which will be loaned to Central at Columbus Park, LP, an Indiana limited partnership or an affiliate thereof (the “Borrower”) in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $28,000,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition and construction of a multifamily rental housing development known as Central at Columbus Park, a 156-unit rental housing project located at 1014 South 20th Street in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska (the “Project”). The initial owner and operator of the Project will be the Borrower.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Omaha will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. in the first floor conference room at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska.
