Consideration of a Text Amendment adding “Distillery, Micro” as a permitted use in a C-4 Flex Business Zoning District located on 2.2 acres at 16205 Pawnee Road north of Highway 36 and south of Pawnee Road.

Consideration of a Change of Zoning from a TA Transitional Agricultural Zoning District to a C-4 Flex Business Zoning District located on 2.2 acres at 16205 Pawnee Road north of Highway 36 and south of Pawnee Road.
