Wireless Infrastructure Replacement

Millard Public Schools is soliciting competitive bids in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) E-Rate Program for wireless network equipment and related hardware, software, installation, and support.  The RFP for this project will be posted on Monday, July 7, 2025.  Sealed bid submissions will be received until Monday, August 25, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. CST at which time all proposals will be publicly opened in person at 13737 Industrial Road, Omaha, NE 68137.  A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting will be held to review the scope and address questions on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. CST.  Pre-bid meeting location details are included in the RFP document.

Copies of the RFP document, which include specifications and designs can be obtained by sending a request via email to technology@mpsomaha.org or by visiting https://www.mpsomaha.org/departments/technology/rfps.  MPS will accept proposals from any viable, cost-effective vendor who can provide products and services that meet the specifications laid out in the RFP.  The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
