NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is preparing its Capital Funds Program 5-Year Action Plan for 2026-2030. OHA hereby notifies and invites the public to review and comment. The proposed plans and related documents will be available on November 7th at OHA’s central office located at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You may also request documents by emailing contactus@ohauthority.org.

OHA will hold a public hearing at 8:30 AM on Monday, December 8th, 2025 in the Board Room of OHA’s Central Office located at 1823 Harney Street. An accessible entrance is on the south side of the building. Please contact OHA at 402-444-6900 if you require accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act or language interpretation to participate in this public hearing.
