Lien Termination and Clain of Beneficial Ownership 6/2/2025

PUBLIC NOTICE

OF LIEN TERMINATION AND

CLAIM OF BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP

 

Notice is hereby given that I, Kodie L. Nicolaus, as the sole equitable and beneficial owner of the financial instrument and vehicle associated with VIN: ZACNJDBB3MPM93100, have terminated all unauthorized claims of lien or security interest recorded by Veridian Credit Union, or any other party, due to failure to provide lawful consideration and absence of a valid, signed contract by the alleged lienholder.

This notice serves as a formal rebuttal and repudiation of any implied or constructive trust, debt, or obligation claimed against said vehicle. The Retail Installment Sales Contract dated August 4, 2021, was executed by me as the buyer and is a financial asset perfected by signature and delivery, without any valid assignment or enforceable agreement granting rights to Veridian Credit Union.

Veridian Credit Union has expressly denied ownership of the promissory note and failed to demonstrate lawful authority or compliance with UCC Article 9 or IRS nominee reporting requirements. No lawful value or deposit was provided by said party, and the original Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) has been destroyed by the Nebraska DMV.

Pursuant to UCC §§ 9-210 and 3-603, all obligations are deemed satisfied, and any attempt to enforce a lien, repossess, or interfere with my property or title without verified lawful standing shall be treated as fraud, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duty.

This notice is published to provide public, constructive notice and invoke the doctrine of estoppel against any further claims or administrative presumptions by third parties. Any party with a contrary claim must respond within 21 days of publication or said lien and encumbrance shall be deemed null and void as a matter of public record.

I declare under the penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct.
