THE ATRIUM MULTIFAMILY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will meet and hold a public hearing on June 3, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
The Atrium Multifamily
Redevelopment Project Plan.

The redevelopment project plan proposes the comprehensive rehabilitation of the damaged, vacant hotel building into 197 market rate residential apartment units.
The Planning Board recommended approval of this Redevelopment Project Plan at the April 2, 2025 public hearing.
The Redevelopment Project Plan authorizes the City’s participation in the redevelopment of this project site through the allocation of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) in an amount up to $3,596,808.00, which includes capitalized interest. TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as acquisition, demolition, building rehabilitation construction hard costs, architectural and engineering costs and other public improvements as required. The total estimated project costs are $21,882,779.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.
A copy of said plan is available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office.

The Parks and Recreation Board of the City of Omaha will have a regularly quarterly scheduled meeting at 3:00 p.m. on:

The meeting originally scheduled for May 1, 2025, was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
