Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

 

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map from Mixed Use to Medium to High Density Residential on a parcel legally described as the NE ¼ of Section 22, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that portion conveyed to the United States of America in Deed Book 149 at page 1607, and except that portion conveyed to Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District in Inst. No. 90-14067; and except that portion conveyed to Boyer Young Equities V, L.L.C., in Inst. No. 2004-27640, and except that portion taken or used for roads.  Generally located Southwest of 156th Street and Giles Road.  Applicant: Hubble Development Services.

 

Rezoning from AG to RG-35-PD and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 4, The Riva at Chalco, being a platting of The NE ¼ of Section 22, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that portion conveyed to the United States of America in Deed Book 149 at page 1607, and except that portion conveyed to Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District in Inst. No. 90-14067; and except that portion conveyed to Boyer Young Equities V, L.L.C., in Inst. Rezoning from AG to RE1, and Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1 and Outlot A, Buffalo Springs, being a platting of a Tract of Land located in the SW ¼ and the West Half of the SE ¼ of Section 34, T13N, R11E, of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE. Generally located Northeast of 168th Street and Buffalo Road.  Applicant:  Jared Wiese.

 

Rezoning from AG to RE2, and Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1, Riha Lake Homestead, being a platting of part of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 29, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE. Generally located Northwest of 111th Street and Buffalo Road.  Applicant:  Linda M. Scholting.

 

Special Use Permit in AG for open and enclosed storage of recreational vehicle and trailers on the property legally described as SE ¼, SW ¼, & SW ¼, SE ¼ of Sec. 29, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE, except Lot 1, Riha Lake Homestead, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE.  Applicant:  Linda M. Scholting.
