NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

B-2061.03:    In the Matter of the Application of 360 Transportation Services, LLC, seeking to extend its authority by adding Dawson and Madison counties to its service territory. The restriction as to the inability to transport of passengers through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Children and Family Services would remain. HHS Designation: Yes.

B-2180:          In the Matter of the Application of Catch A Ride Taxi and Transportation, LLC, Kearney, seeking authority to acquire, through transfer and acquisition of control through stock transfer, the authority held by Catch A Ride Taxi and Transportation, LLC. Temporary operating authority is sought.

B-2181:          In the Matter of the Application of Integrated Business Concepts, LLC, d/b/a VET’d Transportation Services, Omaha, seeking authority as a common carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers in Open Class, Charter, and Special Party service by van, SUV, and Bus, in and between points within Douglas, Sarpy, Lancaster, York, and Johnson counties, on the one hand, and on the other hand all points in Nebraska over irregular routes. RESTRICTION: Open Class service may only originate or terminate at Eppley Airfield, Omaha. HHS Designation: No.
