NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in the Conference Room, LC-1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of dis-cussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 28, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance approving a redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Omaha and Benson Apartment Fund I, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, to implement the Benson Apartments Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment project site located at 6152 Military Avenue, which pro-poses for the new construction of a five-story residential apartment building on a vacant site of about 0.69 acres; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $2,067,135.00, plus accrued interest, in excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the cost of the project, with the applicant contributing $10,000.00 of the TIF loan proceeds toward the development of a Benson Business District sign
An ordinance approving a redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Omaha and 1401 Jones, LLC, to implement the Hub 1401 Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment project site located at 1401 Jones Street, which proposes the rehabilitation of the 43,000 square-foot, two-story building for a mix of office and retail commercial uses; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $836,191.00, plus accrued interest, in excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the cost of the project
An ordinance (1) to approve a professional services agreement between the City of Omaha and Patrick Rowland in the amount of $27,000.00; and (2) to authorize funding for such agreement from the City of Omaha’s FY 2018 Violent Gang and Gun Crime Reduction Grant Program (Project Safe Neighborhoods) (PSN), Award #2018-GP-BX-0012, awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance; to provide funding for one (1) PSN Case Analyst; involving appropriations of more than one year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter
An ordinance to increase liquid volume pursuant to Section 40-251of the Omaha Municipal Code to an existing Class “B” Flammable Liquids Storage District to a Class “A” Flammable Liquids Storage District known as District No. A-158 at 2550 East Locust Street, as requested by Daniel B. Owens of the Omaha Airport Authority for 2550 East Locust Street
