PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 10, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

 

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to DR-Development Reserve District.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

 

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Gold Meadows (Lots 1-16, Outlots A & B), a subdivision inside the city limits, located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plat entitled Morton Heights, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

 

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Mark L. Lampe, and The Gold Meadows Homeowners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Gold Meadows (Lots 1-16 and Outlots A-B) and is located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 204th and Harrison Street from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 204th and Harrison Street from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Coventry (Lots 111-117 and Outlot I), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northwest of 204th and Harrison Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

 

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, AVG-CFM 204Q, LLC, Coventry Ridge, LLC, and Entertainment Ventures, LLC, The Coventry Business Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 524 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Coventry (Lots 111-117 and Outlot I) and is located northwest of 204th and Harrison Streets.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 210th Street and George B. Lake Parkway from DR-Development Reserve District to DR-Development Reserve District.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 210th Street and George B. Lake Parkway from DR-Development Reserve District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

 

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Coventry Replat 12, a minor plat located outside the city limits, located southwest of 210th Street and George B. Lake Parkway, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted entitled Coventry Replat 12, a minor plat located outside the city limits, located southwest of 210th Street and George B. Lake Parkway, is hereby accepted; and, the existing plat entitled Coventry Replat 9 and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

 

Res. that, the Third Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, AVG-CFM 204Q, LLC, Coventry Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 524 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Coventry Replat 12 (Lots 1-6) and is located southwest of 210th Street and George B. Lake Parkway.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 204th Street and Honeysuckle Drive from R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density) and DR-Development Reserve to MU-Mixed Use District.

 

An ordinance to approve a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for property located southwest of 204th Street and Honeysuckle Drive between the City of Omaha and Aldrich Holdings, LLC, providing site development standards.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Olde Towne Commons (Lots 1-5, Outlots A-B), a subdivision outside the city limits, located southwest of 204th Street and Honeysuckle Drive, is hereby approved and accepted.

 

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, OTC Owner, LLC, The Olde Towne Commons Landowners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 601 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Olde Towne Commons (Lots 1-8 and Outlots A-B) and is located southwest of 204th Street and Honeysuckle Drive.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located at 3301 Leavenworth Street from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District (property is located within and ACI-1-Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District).

 

An ordinance to rezone property located at southeast of 23rd and M Streets from R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located at 2120 South 48th Avenue from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

 

An ordinance to rezone property located at 4252 Corby Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

 

An ordinance to rezone property located at 3206 South 71st Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) and CC-Community Commercial District to GO-General Office District (property is located within an ACI-2 Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District).

Request for Proposal

(RFP) Security Guard Service

OHA is issuing RFP seeking qualified Security Guard Service, Contractor must be licensed entities to provide OHA with security service. Contractor shall have the capability to provide stand guard or roving patrol (on-foot or vehicular), armed or unarmed. To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry at various OHA properties. By reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers

IFB packets will be available on Tuesday February 25, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Proposal meeting held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
