Lead Based Paint Consulting Services

OHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide the following detailed services. The Contractor will provide the OHA with information to help them manage and control lead-based paint hazards efficiently and effectively. To the requirements of the rule on federally-owned and assisted housing (24 CFR 35). This RFP is for a Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment, clearance testing on single family homes, employee training, and consultation:

There will be a Pre-Bid meeting held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Invitation for Bids

Waterproofing at Benson & Pine Towers

OHA is issuing this IFB seeking qualified contractors for a complete waterproofing of OHA properties known as Benson & Pine Tower of Omaha Nebraska. 

Leo A. Daly will act as the consultant to OHA in the development of the scope of work and oversight of this project. 

Scope includes building’s exterior vertical facade, all caulk joints, damaged masonry and window frames.

IFB packets will be available on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be tour of both properties following the Pre-Bid Meeting.
