Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

Woodsonia 204 – Harrison, LLC, has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Plat for a subdivision to be known as Lots 328 through 448, inclusive, and Outlots L through T, inclusive, Sunset Meadows, being a platting of part of the N1/2 of the NE1/4 together with part of the N1/2 of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 13, T14N, R10E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. The property is generally located SW of Hwy 6 and Harrison St.
