Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

Jared Wiese has submitted applications for consideration of a Rezoning from AG to RE1, and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 thru 16 & Outlots A thru E, Buffalo Springs Replat 1, being a replat of Outlot A, Buffalo Springs, in Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located NE of 168th St. and Buffalo Rd.
