PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 26, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for CMC Mouth of the South, LLC, dba “Mouth of the South”, located at 1111 Harney Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Howard Street Enterprises, LLC, dba “Godega Market”, located at 423 South 11th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Rookies Bar & Grill, LLC, dba “Rookies Bar & Grill”, located at 1702 North 120th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Pepperjax Development, LLC, dba “Good Evans”, located at 1040 South 74th Plaza.

Class “D” Liquor License for Aldi, Inc. (Kansas), dba “Aldi #42”, located at 13215 West Center Road.

Class “D” Liquor License for Bottles & Brews, LLC, dba “Bottles & Brews”, located at 10745 Mockingbird Drive.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
