Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the City of Omaha on the following project(s):

Leavenworth Lift Station Flood Mitigation
Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at 1:30 PM at the Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility, 5600 S 10th Street, Omaha, NE 68107

Sealed bids to be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street, LC-1 - Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, and must be on file in her office, on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 for opening in public in LC-4, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center at the above time and date.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council.

Sealed bids for the renovation/ construction of the DOG PARK CONSTRUCTION, 550 Turner Blvd, Omaha, NE 68105 are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.

General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract. Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. The bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to the “City of Omaha”. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council.
