INVITATION TO BID

Project Information.

Westside Community Schools (District 66) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to retrofit and repair the existing Domestic HW Heater System at the Westside High School.

Bid submission, opening and pre-bid meeting.

Two copies of the bid shall be addressed and delivered in a sealed envelope to Westside Community Schools, Service Center, 9437 “J” Street, Omaha NE. 68127. Label shall include: High School Domestic HW Heater Project. Bids will be received until March 31, 2023 at 10:00 am at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives in the office of the Superintendent of Schools.  Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the bidder. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 24 at 10:00 am at the site.  Questions to be directed to Kent Vitols of Facility Advocates at 402-658-3108.

Awarding of Bid.

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.  The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at its meeting to be held on April 10, 2023 or at such other meeting determined by the Board.
