NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Preliminary Plat for a Subdivision at the southeast corner of 252nd and West Maple Road.  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the rezoning application for a Subdivision at the southeast corner of 252nd and West Maple Road to change zoning from AG (Agriculture) to mixed use R1 (low density residential) and C (Business and Commercial).  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
