NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Preliminary Plat for a Subdivision for 24202 Hwy 275. This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to reaffirm the application for change in zoning from agriculture to residential and commercial for Harvest Heights on the Creek at 240th and Blondo. This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Trustees of the Waterloo Village Board, serving as the Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm to reaffirm the application for change in zoning from agriculture to residential and commercial for Harvest Heights on the Creek at 240th and Blondo. This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
