NOTICE OF HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss the Final Plat for a Subdivision for Parcel #0107470010, just north of the intersection of 240th and Blondo St.  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss the application for change in zoning from agriculture to residential and commercial for Parcel #0107470010, just north of the intersection of 240th and Blondo St.  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
