NOTICE OF HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo, will hold a hearing on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, NEBRASKA, TO A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE VILLAGE. The approximate location of the proposed annexation area is to the southwest of the intersection of West Maple Road and Hwy 275, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Village. A map and legal description of the area can be viewed at the office of the Village Clerk at 509 S Front St, Waterloo, NE 68069, telephone number 402-779-2292. This hearing, which is open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
