NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Chairman and Trustees of the Waterloo Village Board, serving as the Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm to discuss the Final Plat for a Subdivision at the southeast corner of 252nd and West Maple Road.  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Chairman and Trustees of the Waterloo Village Board, serving as the Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm to discuss the rezoning application for a Subdivision at the southeast corner of 252nd and West Maple Road to change zoning from AG (Agriculture) to mixed use R1 (low density residential) and C (Business and Commercial).  This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
