You will take notice that a Complaint has been filed in the County Court of Douglas County, Nebraska praying for judgment against you in the sum of $4,853.63 plus interest and costs, for damage to its property arising out of an accident on or about December 24, 2019 in Douglas County, Nebraska.

You will further take notice that if you fail to answer or otherwise plead to said Complaint on or before September 19, 2020 the Plaintiff will request the court to enter judgment against you.
