NOTICE OF VIRTUAL TOWN HALL MEETINGS

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE:  Application No. NG-109 In the Matter of the Application of Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, seeking approval of a general rate increase.

Interested persons are hereby notified that the Virtual Town Hall Meetings on the above-captioned application have been set for the following dates and times.

Remote access to the town halls will be available via Zoom links below.

Town hall meetings will begin with a presentation by Black Hills Nebraska Gas, followed by a presentation by the Public Advocate. The public will then have the opportunity to ask questions. Questions may be submitted in advance at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/natural-gas/town-hall-information.  A recording of  one of the town halls will be made available  on the Commission’s website.

There is limited seating in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, for the public if unable to attend via Zoom.  Seating will be on a first come first serve basis. If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.
