Docket No. NUSF-99.134: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program: Windstream Nebraska, Inc. Broadband Grant Request
On August 5, 2020, Windstream Nebraska, Incorporated submitted for Commission approval, one (1) broadband deployment project in the Shelby, Nebraska Exchange area. A list of the census blocks Windstream intends to serve is available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/telecommunications/nusf-99-applications Providers now have 30 days or, until September 16, 2020, to indicate they already serve the identified census blocks and should notify Windstream and the Commission that they currently offer broadband service at speeds of 10 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream or higher in the identified census blocks.

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that this matter has been scheduled for public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
