NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public at: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: 408-418-9388 and then enter 2485 596 7539, when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission meeting, please call the Commission at 402-471-3101. The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 2 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.
