NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR

AN INSTALLMENT LOAN LICENSE

Notice is hereby given that GreenSky Servicing, LLC, 5565 Glenridge Connector, Suite 700, Atlanta, Georgia, has filed an application with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Nebraska, for an Installment Loan License in compliance with the provisions of the Nebraska Installment Loan Act. GreenSky Servicing, LLC intends to operate installment loan servicing business activities in Nebraska under the Installment Loan Act.

Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for June 20, 2024.
