TR-217/B-1702: In the Matter of the Application of Fremont Cab Services, LLC, Fremont, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. Emergency action was requested. On May 5, 2020, the Nebraska Public Service Commission denied TR-217 on an emergency basis. Protests to this application must be filed with the Commission 30 days from the date of this publication.

SCHEDULE “A” AND “E” RATES AND CHARGES: A hearing has been scheduled for May 20, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. CDT. (12:30 a.m. MDT). This hearing will be held electronically in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 20-03. As the meeting will be held electronically, and no quorum of the public body will be physically present together, there will be no public in-person attendance. Remote access to the meeting will be available via WebEx or by telephone. Information for connecting may be accessed at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex (case sensitive). To attend by telephone, dial 415-655-0003, then enter 926 343 190 when prompted for an access code. The testimony received at the hearing will be used to draft a schedule for the 2020-21 storage year. Written comment may be sent to the Commission’s Warehouse Department, and must be received by May 8, 2020, to receive consideration.
