Docket No. NUSF-99.125: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program: Windstream Nebraska, Inc. Broadband Grant Request
On March 30, 2020, Windstream Nebraska, Incorporated submitted for Commission approval, one (1) broadband deployment project in the Juniata, Nebraska area. A list of the census blocks Windstream intends to serve is available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/telecommunications/nusf-99-applications Providers now have 30 days or, until May 8, 2020, to indicate they already serve the identified census blocks and should notify Windstream and the Commission that they currently offer broadband service at speeds of 10 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream or higher in the identified census blocks.
The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours. Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.
