NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The following applications may be inspected at the office of the Nebraska Public Service Commission during regular office hours.  Interventions must be filed with the Commission in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Rules of Commission Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.

C-5359: In the Matter of the Application of Sodtown Communications, Inc., Lincoln, Nebraska, seeking approval of a Wireless Traffic Exchange Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, d/b/a AT&T Mobility, Bedminster, New Jersey.

C-5361: In the Matter of the Application of Wauneta Telephone Company, Benkelman, Nebraska, seeking approval of a Wireless Traffic Exchange Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, d/b/a AT&T Mobility, Bedminster, New Jersey.

NOTICE

The Enhanced Wireless 911 Advisory Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 “N” Street, Suite #300, Lincoln. 

Information on remote access to the meeting via WebEx is available at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/911DeptStream.  Those wishing to attend anonymously may use “anonymous” for their name and “a@b.com” for their email address.
