NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the State Capitol, Room 1113, 1445 K Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

This meeting will serve as a briefing and discussion with the Nebraska Legislature Transportation and Telecommunications Committee regarding the main activities of the Public Service Commission, at the discretion of the Committee. Planned topics include an overview of the Commission’s departments and current issues. Briefing may be provided by PSC Staff or PSC Commissioners.

The agenda will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agenda will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.
