Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application:

Special Use Permit Application in the BG General Business District, for the expansion of an existing mini storage facility at 16612 Hwy 75, legally described as Lot 1 McGregor Addition and generally located NW of S 10th St. and Cemetery Rd. Applicant: Geoff McGregor, M.I.I.-La Platte, LLC d/b/a Lockbox Storage.

Notice is hereby given that Tiburon Golf Club LLC has applied for a Class “I” Beer, Wine, Spirits On Sale Only liquor license for business at 10302 S 168th St, Omaha, NE 68136 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held September 15, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.
