NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

SARPY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Adjustment will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, Nebraska.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following application:

Trent and Barbara Wachner have submitted an application for consideration of a Variance to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 16.4.1 Height and Lot Requirements of Section 16 - RD-50-Two Family Residential District, for the property commonly addressed 2316 Platte River Drive, and legally described as Lot 197, Hanson’s Lakes, as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of La Platte Road and Platte River Drive.
