Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Special Use Permit in RD-50 to allow an In-Home Child Care Facility at the property commonly addressed 7332 S 155th Avenue, and legally described as Lot 37, Emerald Oaks 2nd Addition, Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of 156th and Harrison Streets.  Applicant:  Gwladys Nare

Special Use Permit for a Home Occupation I (Major) in AGR to allow the operation of a gunsmithing business at the property commonly addressed 18605 Cornish Road, and legally described as Lot 1, Debbie’s First Addition, Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of 180th Street and Cornish Road.  Applicant:  Mark Robles
