Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Text Amendment to Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 43 – Amendments and Rezoning.  Applicant:  Sarpy County Planning & Building Department.

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map from Light Industrial to Agriculture, on four parcels legally described as: 1)Tax Lot P & that Pt of Tax Lots F & H lying N & W of Tax Lot P together with Tax Lot 5A in Sec. 2, T12N, R11E; 2) That Pt of Govt Lot 7 lying N & W of Tax Lot 2A & that pt of Tax Lot 2A in SW ¼ in Sec. 1, T12N, R11E; 3) That Pt of Tax Lot H lying S & E of Tax Lot P in Sec. 2, T12N, R11E; and 4) Pt of Tax Lot F lying S & E of Tax Lot P in Sec. 2, T12N, R11E, all of the 6th P.M. in Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located northeast of Highway 50 and Cornish Road.  Applicant:  Plains Sand & Gravel and Sarpy County Planning Department.

Special Use Permit in the Agricultural Farming District to allow the extraction and processing of sand and gravel on three parcels legally described as: 1)Tax Lot P & that Pt of Tax Lots F & H lying N & W of Tax Lot P together with Tax Lot 5A in Sec. 2, T12N, R11E; and 2) That Pt of Govt Lot 7 lying N & W of Tax Lot 2A & that pt of Tax Lot 2A in SW ¼ in Sec. 1, T12N, R11E; and 3) Tax Lots M1, M2 & 3B in Sec. 11, T12N, R11E, all of the 6th P.M. in Sarpy County, NE.
