NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that inCOMMON Housing Development Corporation is seeking project vendors for a 120-unit multifamily complex at Park & Poppleton in Omaha Nebraska as well as extending our general project vendor and partners list including but not limited to the following areas:
Accountant cost certification, Architect, Branding Consultant, Cable - Internet Provider, Disability Design Consultant, Engineer (Civil, Structural, Mechanical), Environmental Studies and NEPA, General Contractor, Insurance – property, Legal Specializing in LIHTC structuring, LIHTC Consultant, Management Company, Market Study, Title Work, Tree Clearing, AND
Commercial subcontractors or suppliers in the following areas: Appliances, Cabinets and Countertops, Carpentry and Lumber, Cleaning, Concrete, Demolition, Dirt Work, Doors Hardware and Window/Glazing, Drywall Plaster and Metal Stud Framing, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring, Framing, Gutters, HVAC, Insulation, Joint Sealants and Waterproofing, Landscaping, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing and Utilities, Roofing, Security Systems, Specialties and Signs, Steel Supply and Erection, Tiler, and Window Coverings.

We encourage all minority-owned businesses (MBE) and women-owned businesses (WBE) to reach out. Vendors notifying us after the 3rd will be put on solicitation list for Phase II Poppleton West and any future projects.
